Privacy notice

Your privacy matters, especially in therapy. This page explains what information I collect and how I look after it.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. My hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.

When you get in touch

If you email or book a session, I receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and anything you write about why you are getting in touch. I use this only to respond to you and arrange your sessions or lessons. My email is handled through Gmail (Google).

If you use the booking form on this website, your details are passed to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form service that delivers them to my email inbox. If you use online booking, your booking details are processed by the booking provider on my behalf.

Tutoring

For tutoring, I keep the contact details of the learner or their parent or carer, and brief notes on progress, only for as long as lessons continue and a reasonable time afterwards.

Therapy records

I keep brief session notes securely and confidentially, in line with UK GDPR and professional guidance. At your first session I'll give you full details about how records are kept, for how long, and the limits of confidentiality.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email natasha.durgan@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
